Shynex is an iOS application designed to help users manage and organize their device storage by identifying and removing duplicate photos, videos, contacts, and calendar events. The App processes data locally on your device.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your device and Apple ID
- Backing up important data before using cleanup features
- Reviewing items before confirming deletion
- Ensuring you have the right to modify or delete content on your device
- Using the App in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
4. Permissions and Access
The App requires access to your photos, videos, contacts, and calendar to provide its core functionality. By granting these permissions, you authorize the App to scan and analyze this data locally on your device. No data is transmitted to external servers without your explicit consent.
5. Subscription and Payment
Shynex may offer subscription-based features. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay the subscription fee as displayed in the App Store
- Automatic renewal unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Charges to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase
- Manage subscriptions through your Apple ID settings

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Use of the App is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shynex and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
8. Data Backup
While the App includes preview and confirmation features before deletion, we strongly recommend maintaining regular backups of your important data through iCloud or other backup solutions. We are not responsible for any data loss.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Shynex and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
